'Char Kway Teow is a flat rice noodles stir fried with prawns, fishcakes, eggs,chinese chives, chilli paste,soy sauce and dark soy sauce. You can make changes in my recipe to suit your taste as you may prefer more of one ingredient and less of another. We may not cook the same way, yet we both can produce good results.
